Shipping
We do our best to ship products out promptly, however generally we pack and ship out on Monday and Tuesdays.
We do our best to ensure your products are packed and ready to go before they leave our hands. If there is an issue, please notify us with documentation, ie. photos of the damage, and if it is the result of the shipper, file a claim with them.
Returns
In-Store Returns
We do not accept returns on any any live plant. Our plants are healthy when the leave our shop, what happens after they leave our doors means we cannot control the health any longer.
Online Returns
No returns on any items from our online sales portal. If you have an issue, please let is know and we will do our best to make sure you are taken care of.
